Grant Sumner is a Partner and Co-Founder of Forge Commercial with over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Grant plays a critical role in developing and leading the leasing strategy for his client’s assets. As a third-generation Dallasite, he has consistently been recognized as an industry leader in the leasing, property repositioning, and value creation of office properties in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Prior to co-founding Forge Commercial, Grant was a Principal with Avison Young and Peloton Commercial in Dallas.
