ABOUT THE ROLE.

We are looking for someone to provide first-class property management services to a third-party client. Day to day responsibilities include financial and operational management for a single asset or portfolio of assets, client interaction, tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, and budgeting.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

  • Oversee and coordinate all property management functions, including daily building operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and client/tenant/vendor relations.
  • Collaborate closely with construction, leasing, marketing, and accounting teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Management Agreement, as well as all client policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular property inspections and manage follow-up actions to proactively identify, prevent, and resolve issues or risks.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor operating and capital budgets, reforecasts, and annual expense recovery estimates and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate all property-related contracts, vendor services, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Review and approve invoices, monthly rent adjustments, and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with client requirements.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with vendors, tenants, and clients through regular communication.
  • Respond to and resolve after-hours emergency situations as required

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of commercial property management experience.
  • Yardi or MRI accounting software experience.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Adobe.
  • Able to follow policies and procedures with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work with little direction maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, tenants, and clients.

LICENSING.
• Real Estate License Preferred.
