Russell Podraza is an Executive Vice President at Forge Commercial. He specializes in agency leasing advising office landlords on leasing strategy, value creation, and marketing plans for their office assets.

His strong broker relationships and deep knowledge of the market help provide successful results for his clients. Russell began his career in Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate in 2012. Prior to Forge Commercial, he was with the office agency leasing team at Avison Young. Before Avison Young, he held similar positions at Dogwood Commercial and Colliers International.
