Chuck Sellers is a Partner and Co-Founder of Forge Commercial with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Chuck plays a critical role in developing and leading the leasing strategy for his client’s assets. A third-generation Dallasite, he has consistently been recognized as an industry leader in the leasing, property repositioning, and value creation of office properties in Dallas-Ft. Worth and has completed over 7 million square feet of lease transactions.

Prior to co-founding Forge Commercial, Chuck was a Principal with Avison Young, Peloton Commercial and Crow Holdings in Dallas.
