Mary Leerssen joined Forge Commercial in 2025 and serves as the Managing Director of Management Services. Renowned for her ability to lead high-performing teams and foster client trust, Mary brings an impressive breadth of expertise to her role. She has successfully managed diverse portfolios spanning up to 55 million square feet across various markets, including office, industrial, and retail properties, for both institutional and non-institutional clients.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mary has held leadership and operational roles at industry-leading companies such as Holt Lunsford Commercial, Transwestern Commercial Services, Gaedeke Group, Grubb & Ellis, and FDS Management/Duggan Realty. Her people-centered leadership style has driven exceptional results, including the management of real estate teams comprising up to 125 professionals.

Mary is deeply committed to the real estate community and is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) at local, regional, and international levels. A Past President of BOMA Greater Dallas, she has contributed her expertise to numerous boards and committees throughout her career. Mary is a certified instructor for the Building Owners and Managers Institute, holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation and is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
